STYLE92 – 10 DAYS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving their order.
- Â Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for:
– Defective or damaged products
– Incorrect item received
– Incorrect size received - If you wish to exchange an item due to ordering the wrong size, the item must be in its original condition. Shipping charges may apply.
- Sale, Clearance, and Promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect.
- Please contact our Customer Support team with your Order Number before sending any item back.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund (if applicable).
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.
- Style92 reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
